A 17-year-old has been arrested in connection to the recent cold-blooded murder of a 71-year-old man in Miami-Dade County, Fla.
Police say Jamal Jackson rode up beside Miguel Pilotos, 71, on a bicycle and fatally shot him in the head. Nothing was taken from the victim and the suspected killer reportedly cased the parking lot.
The truly chilling murder was captured on surveillance video on Aug. 21 outside of a supermarket in Opa-Locka, Fla. (WARNING!
